We are confident that through continuous improvement, Bestware will keep enhancing its production capacity to meet growing customer demands.

Is Bestware willing to establish flexible cooperation mechanisms with customers, such as order-based production, small-batch trial production, etc., to reduce inventory costs and risks?

Absolutely. Bestware is more than willing to establish flexible cooperation models with our clients, including made-to-order production, small-batch trial production, and mixed-style orders, to help minimize inventory costs and associated risks.
We fully understand that in today's market environment, businesses face challenges such as inventory overstock and tied-up capital. That's why we are committed to providing flexible and diverse cooperation methods to meet our customers' varying needs. Made-to-order production ensures manufacturing aligns with actual customer demand, eliminating overproduction and reducing inventory costs. At the same time, small-batch trial production gives us the opportunity to verify product quality and gather market feedback, enabling timely adjustments to reduce market risks.

This flexible cooperation mechanism demonstrates both our acute insight into customer needs and rapid response capabilities, as well as our strengths in supply chain management and production efficiency. We believe that through our joint efforts and collaboration, we can establish a closer, more efficient, and risk-sharing partnership for mutual success.

This enables us to quickly adjust production plans when facing urgent orders or shifting market demands, ensuring we meet diverse customer requirements. This flexibility is reflected not only in production volume adjustments, but also in rapid product changeovers and shortened lead times, demonstrating our supply chain and production efficiency advantages.

How does Bestware manage the production and inventory processes to ensure fast and accurate delivery?

Except for ongoing testing and sampling needs, Bestware manufactures products strictly on a made-to-order basis and does not maintain standing inventory of finished goods. We also maintain raw material inventory based on current and projected demand. Customer purchase orders trigger material procurement, which then enters the production schedule, with all elements from packaging to labor requirements properly allocated. Bestware's customized ERP system tracks the flow of each order to ensure production is completed as quickly and accurately as possible. Once production is finished, product delivery is arranged according to customer requirements.

How to ensure the processing accuracy of products?

We rely on advanced high-precision three, four, and five-axis CNC machining equipment, which ensures processing accuracy down to the micrometer level, laying a solid foundation for the meticulous fabrication of products. On this basis, we further utilize high-precision 2D and 3D measurement equipment to conduct comprehensive and precise measurements of the products from all angles, effectively obtaining actual product data. Through this series of rigorous measurement processes, we ensure that the actually machined products are highly consistent with the simulated models, thereby achieving high precision in product processing. What measures does Bestware take to ensure product quality?

Quality is undoubtedly the foundation of Bestware's survival. We have implemented a series of practical measures to ensure quality. The details are as follows:
    1. Raw Material Procurement
We select high-quality 304 stainless steel and have established a strict supplier evaluation system, which comprehensively assesses credibility, production capacity, and quality control capabilities. Clear inspection standards are set for raw materials, and each batch of purchased materials undergoes rigorous appearance inspection and performance testing to ensure that all materials entering the production process come from reliable sources and meet quality requirements.
    2. Manufacturing Process
We implement standardized production procedures to ensure operational consistency and improve efficiency. At the same time, a complete quality inspection process is in place to strictly control each step and ensure product quality exceeds industry standards. In addition, we strictly control key production parameters to ensure consistency and stability. A standardized quality management system has also been introduced to ensure product quality at the system level.
    3. Employee Training and Evaluation
We place great importance on employees' quality awareness and professional skills. Through regular training, employees gain a deeper understanding of the importance of quality and are encouraged to incorporate this awareness into their daily work. At the same time, professional skills training is provided to ensure that employees possess the required skills and qualifications to reduce production errors. Furthermore, quality awareness and skill levels are included in performance evaluations. Through incentive mechanisms, employees are continuously encouraged to improve themselves, ensuring consistent and reliable product quality.
    4. Continuous Improvement and Feedback
We continuously collect and analyze quality data during the production process to identify problems and clarify improvement directions. Customer feedback is also actively collected to improve satisfaction based on customer needs. Non-conforming products are strictly managed, including identification, isolation, handling, and root cause analysis. Effective measures are taken to prevent recurrence. This enables us to continuously optimize the production process and ensure product quality.
In conclusion, Bestware strives for excellence in every aspect—from material selection and manufacturing to design and testing. Through these practical measures, we aim to ensure that every product can withstand the test of time and become your trusted high-quality choice.

What is Bestware's quality philosophy?

"Product quality is built, not inspected." This is the core principle of Bestware's quality management.
Quality is the lifeblood of a company, and it is deeply embedded in every detail of our production process, rather than relying solely on final inspection. To ensure product quality, all employees must establish quality awareness, actively participate, and strictly control every step of the production process. Operations must be carried out in strict accordance with production processes and work instructions. Only in this way can potential issues be prevented from the source, enabling continuous improvement. Additionally, companies must balance cost and quality, enhancing management capabilities through education to ensure that economic benefits are maximized on the premise of pursuing high product quality.

How does Bestware balance cost and quality in quality control?

We firmly believe that quality is the lifeline of an enterprise and consistently uphold a quality-first principle. We never compromise product quality for the sake of cost efficiency. At the same time, in order to maximize customer value, we actively explore process optimization and the application of advanced technologies on the premise of ensuring excellent quality, aiming to achieve extreme cost reduction. In this way, we are able to offer products with greater cost-performance value while maintaining high quality.

How does Bestware uphold its quality standards and maintain a competitive edge amid price wars and low-cost competition?

We fully understand the risks of price wars and low-cost competition. To uphold our quality standards, we focus on  enhancing the added value of our products and service levels. By continuously innovating and improving, we enhance product performance and quality to avoid low-end competition. In addition, we specialize in providing high-quality customized services to improve customer satisfaction. These efforts allow us to stay ahead in the stainless steel commercial faucet industry without engaging in low-cost competition.

How does Bestware achieve user-friendly product design?

Ergonomic design is a crucial benchmark of product quality. At Bestware, we uphold a human‑centered philosophy and prioritize user‑friendly design as a reflection of our respect for and deep attention to user needs.
Take our flagship pre‑rinse faucet as an example: its design combines user insights with technological innovation. We conducted detailed analyses of washing habits, arm‑strength distribution, water‑flow requirements, and coverage area, while considering the high‑frequency demands of commercial kitchens. Through precise calculation and simulation, we optimized the spray valve and hose structure, dimensions, and performance parameters—introducing hydraulic cushioning, a dual‑function spray mode that requires no disassembly, and a universal ball joint—to ensure easy operation, reduce fatigue, and significantly improve rinsing efficiency and operational effectiveness.
We also ergonomically optimized the angle and height of each of the 24 spray outlets to deliver precise water flow, minimize physical exertion, and maximize comfort and productivity with every rinse.

Is Bestware willing to send samples to a third-party laboratory for testing?

Absolutely. To ensure product safety and certification compliance, Bestware maintains close partnerships with accredited testing laboratories in China. This enables us to combine internal test data with external professional testing resources, providing customers with more comprehensive testing support.

What remedial measures does Bestware offer if a product quality issue is confirmed?

Bestware deeply believe that preventing quality issues at the source is far more effective than resolving them afterward. That's why we have established a comprehensive quality control system and enforce a strict full inspection process, aiming to detect and correct any potential quality deviations before shipment, and to minimize or eliminate risks at the source. However, when quality issues unfortunately arise, we will take proactive and systematic steps to ensure they are properly resolved:
Upon receiving a customer complaint, our sales team responds promptly by collecting and organizing the provided videos, images, and detailed descriptions. These materials are then shared within a dedicated internal communication group that includes experts from R&D, quality control, and production departments. Based on the clear and specific information, the team works together to analyze the issue and typically identifies the root cause within 3–5 days, providing a timely reply to the customer.
Next, we develop a solution based on the nature and severity of the problem. Our corrective actions include but are not limited to:
    1. Replacement or reshipment: If the issue can be clearly traced to production or quality control, we will promptly arrange for a replacement or reshipment to ensure the customer receives a satisfactory product as soon as possible.
    2. Compensation: In certain cases, if the issue has caused financial loss or inconvenience to the customer, we will offer a reasonable compensation plan based on mutual agreement, as a demonstration of our sincerity and accountability.
    3. Batch recall or component replacement: For batch-related quality issues, we may proactively recall the affected products and replace the necessary parts, or arrange for full product replacement depending on the actual situation, to ensure that only products meeting our quality standards remain in the market.
    4. Customer self-repair guidance: For minor or easily fixable issues, we will record and send a detailed repair video to guide the customer through the process, saving time and improving efficiency.
Throughout the process, we maintain close communication with our customers to keep them informed of the progress and proposed solutions. We also welcome their feedback and suggestions to continuously refine our service procedures and quality management. Our goal is to earn trust and satisfaction through timely and effective actions, and to steadily improve the quality of our products and services.

How does Bestware ensure quality control in raw material procurement?

We have established long-term, stable partnerships with leading global raw material suppliers to ensure both the quality and reliability of our supply from the source. We implement a comprehensive quality assurance process for every batch of materials. First, we conduct strict quality inspections and meticulous selection to ensure all materials meet our high standards. Second, we require suppliers to provide detailed material reports and perform incoming material sampling and composition analysis to verify quality with scientific data. Finally, various tests such as salt spray testing for surface corrosion resistance are conducted to further verify material quality. These combined measures ensure that all materials used meet our strict quality requirements.

How does Bestware foster quality awareness among employees to ensure everyone contributes to quality assurance?

We place great importance on building quality awareness among employees. We regularly conduct quality training sessions to explain quality control standards and detailed operating procedures. This ensures that every employee is proficient in these practices. To further enhance our quality management, we have established a comprehensive incentive and accountability system. Employees who perform exceptionally in quality control are recognized and rewarded. This approach motivates employees and encourages their initiative and creativity. Through these specific and effective quality initiatives, we work together to uphold the superior quality of our products.

R&D

What is Bestware's product philosophy?

Our product philosophy is centered on "safety, efficiency, and durability," and we adhere to a human-centered design principle. We firmly believe that an outstanding product should perfectly fit ergonomic standards, ensuring long-term use without causing user fatigue, thereby improving work efficiency. In terms of material selection, Bestware is one of the first in the industry to replace brass with stainless steel. This shift is not only based on the significant advantages of stainless steel in hardness and corrosion resistance, but also on its lead-free and non-electroplated properties, which ensure water safety for users and reflect our commitment to environmental sustainability. At the same time, it also promotes innovation and sustainable development in the commercial faucet industry.

Why is Bestware considered a technological leader in stainless steel applications for commercial faucets?

Bestware is committed to solving clear market pain points through technological innovation. We firmly believe that only by keeping innovation stay ahead of user needs can we earn true market recognition. In commercial kitchens, we noticed an interesting phenomenon: nearly all metal utensils are made of stainless steel—except for faucets. This made us wonder: why is stainless steel, a lead-free and more durable material, widely adopted for commercial kitchen tools but not for faucets?
We are convinced that stainless steel, with its outstanding performance, has the potential to become the ideal alternative to brass faucets. The only barrier might have been the technological readiness to make this vision a reality. It was this belief in the untapped potential of stainless steel that fueled our passion and determination to develop stainless steel faucets.
From design philosophy to R&D innovation, and even manufacturing techniques, we strive for excellence at every step. In terms of design philosophy, Bestware follows a human-centered approach, focusing on ergonomics and user needs to create truly thoughtful products. In terms of R&D and innovation, we have developed precise smart temperature control and user-friendly high-pressure pre rinse structures. We have also introduced innovative features such as anti-color deviation infrared sensors and adjustable delay valve core to ensure our products deliver comprehensive and leading-edge performance. In processing, we carefully select tool materials, optimize cutting parameters, apply suitable coolants, and continuously refine tool geometry to enhance machining accuracy, ensuring every product meets our high quality standards.

How does Bestware ensure perfect integration of ergonomics in its products?

Bestware is committed to a human-centric approach, focusing on ergonomic design to meet user needs with utmost attention and respect.
For example, our pre rinse faucets are one of our flagship products. During the development process, we conducted in-depth research on users' rinsing paths, arm force distribution, water flow strength, washing area calculations, and heavy-use habits typical in commercial kitchen environments. These detailed insights formed the foundation for designing the spray valve and hose structure. Through precise calculations and simulations, we meticulously adjusted the structure, dimensions, and performance parameters of the spray valve and hose, including hydraulic buffering, dual-function spray valve (spray head without disassembly), and universal ball joints. The result ensures that both fixed handles and mobile operations are effortless and fatigue-free, significantly improving washing efficiency and business performance. Furthermore, we rigorously calculated and adjusted the angles and heights of the 24 water outlets. A well-designed outlet not only allows water to precisely target the intended area for efficient cleaning but also reduces the user's physical strain. We fine-tuned the outlets to align with natural arm postures and eye levels while standing, ensuring each wash provides optimal comfort and enhances work efficiency.

What are the advantages of stainless steel compared to brass?

In recent years, due to health and environmental concerns, many European and American countries have introduced regulations restricting the use of brass (containing lead) and banning chromium plating. As a result, the industry is undergoing a stainless steel revolution, with stainless steel gradually replacing brass as the preferred material for commercial faucets. The specific advantages of stainless steel are reflected in the following five aspects:
    1. Health and safety: Stainless steel (304) is globally recognized as a food-grade metal material, free from lead and copper patina.
    2. Durability: Stainless steel has a significantly higher hardness compared to brass, making it more suitable for high-frequency, high-wear commercial and public environments.
    3. Environmental sustainability: Stainless steel is 100% recyclable, and its production process does not require plating, unlike brass, which generates considerable pollution.
    4. Ease of cleaning: With its smooth surface and resistance to oxidation, stainless steel is less likely to harbor dirt and grime. It is easy to clean and maintains a fresh, like-new appearance over time.
    5. High long-term cost-effectiveness: Although stainless steel commercial faucets are more expensive than brass ones, they offer superior hardness, oxidation resistance, and ease of maintenance. Their lifespan is far longer than that of brass faucets, resulting in better long-term benefits. Moreover, the lead-free and copper patina-free properties of stainless steel provide health benefits that cannot be measured in monetary terms.

Why do most competitors still use brass instead of stainless steel?

    There are two main reasons:
    1. Stainless steel is more difficult to process
Stainless steel is more than twice as hard as brass, making it significantly more challenging to work with. To overcome this, you need to carefully select the right tool materials, optimize cutting parameters, use the proper cooling fluids, improve tool design, and ensure high precision during production. Achieving this level of precision requires extensive research, practical production experience, and a lot of trial and error. This makes processing stainless steel a more complex and demanding task.
    2. Slow updates to equipment and processes
Bestware, as a small and agile company, benefits from its unique flexibility, allowing us to quickly and efficiently adjust manufacturing processes and production equipment. This flexibility enables us to upgrade technologies and equipment without the burden, ensuring we maintain a technological edge. In contrast to competitors who rely on brass production equipment and processes, we are not constrained by existing equipment and systems. Larger companies, in particular, face significant challenges due to years of heavy investments in brass production equipment. As a result, they encounter high conversion costs and technical hurdles when trying to switch. This makes it difficult for these large enterprises to quickly adapt to and keep pace with the new demands and trends of stainless steel production.

During the R&D phase, how to ensure product quality?

We rely on advanced high-precision three, four, and five-axis CNC machining equipment, which ensures processing accuracy down to the micrometer level, laying a solid foundation for the meticulous fabrication of products. On this basis, we further utilize high-precision 2D and 3D measurement equipment to conduct comprehensive and precise measurements of the products from all angles, effectively obtaining actual product data. Through this series of rigorous measurement processes, we ensure that the actually machined products are highly consistent with the simulated models, thereby achieving high precision in product processing.

How do you evaluate the feasibility of a product?

The quality and cost of a product are 80% determined by R&D, with the source being R&D itself.
We take proactive steps in product simulation, including 3D modeling, structural simulation analysis, fluid simulation analysis, and simulated manufacturing processes. By integrating AI for comprehensive analysis, we reduce bugs and trial-and-error costs, avoid product risks, and effectively shorten development cycles and costs, ultimately improving product reliability and lifespan.
For example, with the spray valve, we simulate the fatigue of the pressing spring (3D modeling, structural force simulation analysis), gather data, and select the optimal spring diameter, number of coils, length, and elasticity. This ensures the pressing spring's lifespan reaches over one million cycles. For the commercial sparkling water dispenser, we use 3D modeling and fluid simulation analysis to simulate the flow of hot and cold water within the system. We then adjust the structural design, enabling the dispenser to consistently dispense 90°C hot water at a rate of 4 liters per cycle, which is three times the capacity of competing products. Additionally, we simulate the actual pressure on the water tank, measure its deformation, and choose the appropriate material thickness to effectively reduce the risk of tank rupture.
