How long has Bestware been in operation? When did it start manufacturing stainless steel commercial faucets?

Bestware is an integrated company specializing in research, production, and sales. Our factory's operations date back to 2003, originally established as Bailing Factory. Bestware sharply recognized the emerging trend of stainless steel in the commercial kitchen industry and believed it would replace traditional brass as the dominant material. In 2015, we successfully achieved mass production of all-stainless steel commercial faucets, becoming the world's first company to do so. We are also the leading manufacturer with the strongest R&D capabilities in the stainless steel commercial faucet field.

What is Bestware's production capacity?

Bestware's production capacity needs to take into account its business characteristics and the diversity of its product line. As a manufacturer specializing in stainless steel commercial faucets, our product range covers a wide array of categories, including pre rinse faucets, drinking bubblers, sensor faucets, manual faucets, glass rinsers, and commercial sparkling water dispensers. This broad product spectrum, coupled with diverse customer demands and frequent mixed orders, adds complexity to assessing the production capacity of each individual item.
When analyzing capacity, it is important to consider that different products involve distinct manufacturing processes, raw material requirements, lead times, and technical complexity levels. Additionally, order types and volumes vary constantly, and the prevalence of mixed orders further increases the flexibility and challenge of production scheduling. As such, our capacity for each product is not a fixed or static number; rather, it dynamically adapts based on market demand, product mix, and manufacturing strategy. That said, Our most in-demand product, stainless steel pre rinse faucets, has a monthly production capacity of at least 5,000 units.

Bestware is staffed by around 50 employees. Through efficient management and seamless collaboration, we maximize our team's output, achieving high productivity with minimal manpower. We continuously refine every stage of our processes and invest in upskilling our workforce to ensure each operation is executed with precision and efficiency, showcasing our unique human capital advantage.
Notably, Bestware also has scalable production capabilities. By optimizing workflows, improving equipment utilization, and strengthening supply chain management, we are able to swiftly adjust production plans, efficiently coordinate production, and ensure on-time delivery with consistent quality when fulfilling large-volume orders. This ability to expand capacity stems from our compact yet efficient team, advanced production equipment, flexible scheduling, and extensive experience in customer service. We are confident that through continuous improvement, Bestware will keep enhancing its production capacity to meet growing customer demands.

Is Bestware willing to establish flexible cooperation mechanisms with customers, such as order-based production, small-batch trial production, etc., to reduce inventory costs and risks?

Absolutely. Bestware is more than willing to establish flexible cooperation models with our clients, including made-to-order production, small-batch trial production, and mixed-style orders, to help minimize inventory costs and associated risks.
We fully understand that in today's market environment, businesses face challenges such as inventory overstock and tied-up capital. That's why we are committed to providing flexible and diverse cooperation methods to meet our customers' varying needs. Made-to-order production ensures manufacturing aligns with actual customer demand, eliminating overproduction and reducing inventory costs. At the same time, small-batch trial production gives us the opportunity to verify product quality and gather market feedback, enabling timely adjustments to reduce market risks.

This flexible cooperation mechanism demonstrates both our acute insight into customer needs and rapid response capabilities, as well as our strengths in supply chain management and production efficiency. We believe that through our joint efforts and collaboration, we can establish a closer, more efficient, and risk-sharing partnership for mutual success.

Does Bestware have flexible production scheduling to handle urgent orders or market demand fluctuations?

Yes, Bestware operates with highly flexible production planning to effectively handle urgent orders and adapt to market demand changes. We recognize that adaptable production scheduling is a key competitive advantage in today's fast-changing market environment. Through continuous optimization of our production processes, we have enhanced both the flexibility and responsiveness of our manufacturing lines. This enables us to quickly adjust production plans when facing urgent orders or shifting market demands, ensuring we meet diverse customer requirements. This flexibility is reflected not only in production volume adjustments, but also in rapid product changeovers and shortened lead times, demonstrating our supply chain and production efficiency advantages.

How does Bestware manage the production and inventory processes to ensure fast and accurate delivery?

Except for ongoing testing and sampling needs, Bestware manufactures products strictly on a made-to-order basis and does not maintain standing inventory of finished goods. We also maintain raw material inventory based on current and projected demand. Customer purchase orders trigger material procurement, which then enters the production schedule, with all elements from packaging to labor requirements properly allocated. Bestware's customized ERP system tracks the flow of each order to ensure production is completed as quickly and accurately as possible. Once production is finished, product delivery is arranged according to customer requirements.

How to ensure the processing accuracy of products?

We rely on advanced high-precision three, four, and five-axis CNC machining equipment, which ensures processing accuracy down to the micrometer level, laying a solid foundation for the meticulous fabrication of products. On this basis, we further utilize high-precision 2D and 3D measurement equipment to conduct comprehensive and precise measurements of the products from all angles, effectively obtaining actual product data. Through this series of rigorous measurement processes, we ensure that the actually machined products are highly consistent with the simulated models, thereby achieving high precision in product processing.
